Regulation 6 Amendment of regulation 10 of the 1975 Regulations

In paragraph (1)(d) of regulation 10 of the 1975 Regulations, after the word “tests” there shall be inserted the words:–

  • “, including any attainment tests within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the Testing in Primary Schools (Scotland) Regulations 1990,”.
