# The Thames Valley Police (Amalgamation) (Amendment) Order 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order contains the Secretary of State’s approval to a Scheme, submitted to him under the Police Act 1964, further amending the provisions of the Thames Valley Police Amalgamation Scheme 1968 relating to the apportionment of the expenses of the combined police authority between the constituent councils, with effect from 1st April 1990.
