# The Thames Water Utilities Limited (Thames Tideway Tunnel) (Amendment) Order 2017, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Thames Water Utilities Limited (Thames Tideway Tunnel) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes in force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order, “the 2014 Order” means the Thames Water Utilities Limited (Thames Tideway Tunnel) Order 2014.
