# Theft Act 1968, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 52, as it applies outside England and Wales, for the words from “be guilty” onwards there shall be substituted the words “be guilty of a misdemeanour and be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years”.
