Article 4 Constitution of education action zone

There shall be an Education Action Forum for the zone to be known as the Thetford Education Action Forum, the membership of which shall include–

(a)

either one or two persons appointed by the governing body of each zone school, unless any such governing body chooses not to make such an appointment;

(b)

either one or two persons appointed by the Secretary of State; and

(c)

either one or two persons appointed by Norfolk County Council and by Thetford Partnership and one person appointed by each of the other partners unless any partner chooses not to make such an appointment.
