  "text": "(1) The Forum may at any time appoint–\n(a) either one or two additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of businesses in the area served by the zone schools;\n(b) either one or two additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of teachers working in zone schools;\n(c) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent the Norfolk Teachers Joint Consultative Group;\n(d) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent non-teaching staff working in zone schools;\n(e) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent parents of children attending zone schools;\n(f) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent voluntary or other agencies operating in the community in the area served by the zone schools; and\n(g) one additional member from persons appearing to them to represent further or higher education in the area covered by the zone schools.\n(2) Any member appointed under paragraph (1)(e), (f) or (g) shall be appointed on terms such that he holds office as a member of the Forum for a period not exceeding one year from the date of his appointment, without prejudice to his eligibility, on ceasing to be a member of the Forum, to be re-appointed.",
