# The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 2: Amendment of the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1997


The Schedule to the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1997 shall be amended as follows:
(a) in paragraph 1, in column 1, after the words “flying the flag of Norway” there shall be inserted the words “as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 1131/97”;
(b) in paragraph 2, in column 1, after the words “flying the flag of the Faroe Islands” there shall be inserted the words “as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 1132/97”.
