# The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1995, Article 11: Revocation and saving


The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1994 is hereby revoked, but without prejudice to the application of articles 5 to 8 of that Order in relation to the enforcement of article 2 of that Order.
