# The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1996, Article 13: Revocation and saving


The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1995 and the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) (Amendment) Order 1995 are hereby revoked, but without prejudice to the application of articles 5 to 8 of the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1995 in relation to the enforcement of article 2 of that Order.
