# The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1997, Article 13: Revocation and saving


The Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1996 is hereby revoked, but without prejudice to the application of articles 6 to 10 of that Order in relation to the enforcement of article 3 of that Order.
