# The Thorpe Marsh Gas Pipeline Order 2016, Article 15: Access to works

The undertaker may, for the purposes of the authorised development, form and lay out means of access, or improve existing means of access, in the locations specified in columns (1) and (2) of Schedule 4 (access to works).
