The Secretary of State for the Environment, on the application of the Colne Valley Water Company, the Rickmansworth Water Company and the Lee Valley Water Company, being statutory water undertakers^f1, and in exercise of powers conferred by sections 33, 50 and 59(1)^f2 of the Water Act 1945^f3 and now vested in him^f4, hereby makes the following Order:
