Article 4 Additional functions conferred on the development corporation

The development corporation shall have in the whole of the development area the functions conferred by such of the provisions of the Listed Buildings Act specified in Part 1 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Actf1 which are specified in the Schedule to this Order.
