# The Thurrock Flexible Generation Plant Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 6: Construction traffic management plan

Extent: E+W+S

(1) No part of the authorised development can commence until a construction traffic management plan for that part has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority in consultation with the highway authority, Highways England, Network Rail, Port of Tilbury London Limited and Royal Mail.
(2) The construction traffic management plan must—
(a) specify measures to manage the impacts of construction traffic during the construction works; and
(b) be substantially in accordance with the outline construction traffic management plan.
(3) Construction works for the authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the approved construction traffic management plan for that part.
