  "heading": "Construction hours",
  "text": "(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), no construction works are to take place except between—\n(a) 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday; and\n(b) 08:00 to 13:00 on Saturday;\nunless otherwise agreed by the relevant planning authority.\n(2) The following works are permitted outside the hours referred to in sub-paragraph (1)—\n(a) works that cannot be interrupted or emergency works; and\n(b) works which do not cause noise that is more than 5dB above the pre-construction ambient noise at the nearest residential property to the Order limits, subject to lower cut-off values of 65dB, 55dB and 45dB LAeqT from site noise alone, for the daytime, evening and night-time periods, respectively, determined in accordance with Annex E of BS 5228-1:2009+A1:2014.\n(3) Any emergency works carried out under sub-paragraph (2)(a) must be notified to the relevant planning authority within 72 hours of their commencement.",
