  "heading": "Ministerial guidance to the adjudicator",
  "text": "(1) As a result of the findings of a review under section 5, the Scottish Ministers may give guidance to the adjudicator about any matter relating to the functions of the adjudicator.\n(2) In carrying out the functions of the adjudicator, the adjudicator must take any guidance given under subsection (1) into account.",
