# The Tillbridge Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 109: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and Cadent under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Cadent, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 43 (arbitration).
