# The Tillbridge Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 190: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and Uniper under this Part of this Schedule must be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 43 (arbitration) unless otherwise agreed between the Parties acting reasonably.
