  "text": "The following paragraphs 204 and 205 shall only apply if—\n(a) Exolum fails to comply with its obligations under paragraph 202 to remove any redundant apparatus; and\n(b) the undertaker has served notice on Exolum specifying the default; and\n(c) Exolum has failed to remedy the default within 28 days.",
