# The Tillbridge Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 240


The parties agree to act in good faith and in all reasonableness to agree any revisions to any schedule, programme or costs estimate (which shall include costs of demobilising and remobilising any workforce, and any costs to protect the apparatus “mid-works”) to account for the suspension.
