# The Tillbridge Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 260: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 252(2), 252(4), 253(1) and 254 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and EDF under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and EDF, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 43 (arbitration).
