# The Tillbridge Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 276: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 268(2), 268(4), 269(1), and 270, any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid Electricity Transmission Plc under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid Electricity Transmission Plc, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 43 (arbitration).
