# The Tillbridge Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 40: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference arising between the undertaker and the Canal & River Trust under this Part (other than a difference as to the meaning or construction of this Part) must be referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with article 43 (arbitration) of this Order.
