# The Tillbridge Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 43: Decommissioning

Extent: E+W+S

Where the decommissioning environmental management plan identifies activities which may impact the waterway, the protective provisions in this Part 4 of Schedule 15 will, so far as appropriate, apply to those activities as if they were a specified work.
