# The Tillbridge Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 64

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker must not under the powers of this Order acquire, extinguish, suspend, override or interfere with any rights that Gate Burton has in respect of any apparatus or has in respect of the Gate Burton Work No. 4B Area without the consent of Gate Burton, which must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed but which may be made subject to reasonable conditions.
