# The Time Off for Public Duties Order 1995, Article 2: Addition of members of police authorities


Section 29(1) of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 shall be modified by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (bb)—
“(bc) a member of a police authority appointed under Schedule 1B to the Police Act 1964;”
