  "text": "Section 50(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 shall be modified as follows—\n(a) the word “or” at the end of paragraph (f) shall be omitted;\n(b) the word “or” shall be added at the end of paragraph (g), and\n(c) the following paragraph shall be added after paragraph (g)—\n“(h) a water and sewerage authority established under section 62(1) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 or a Water Industry Consultative Committee established under section 67A(2) of that Act.”",
