  "text": "The lettering of the notices referred to in article 3 shall be easily legible and of a colour which is easily distinguishable from the colour of the paper; and capital letters shall be used in all the places in which they are shown in each schedule and phrases shall be in bold lettering and underlined in accordance with the schedules.",
