# The Tir Gofal (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Name, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations are called the Tir Gofal (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 19th February 2001.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
