  "text": "(1) In The Land in Care Scheme (Tir Gofal) (Wales) Regulations 1999 (“the principal Regulations”) there are made the following changes to the definitions:—\n(a) for the definition of “the Commission Regulation”, substitute the following:—\n““the Commission Regulation” (Rheoliad y Comisiwn) means Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1750/99 laying down detailed rules for the application of the Council Regulation;”\n(b) for the definition of “the Council Regulation”, substitute the following:—\n““the Council Regulation” (Rheoliad y Cyngor) means Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1257/99 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund and amending certain Regulations and repealing others;”\n(c) for paragraph (b) of the definition of “agri-environment scheme” (cynllun amaeth-amgylchedd) substitute:—\n“(b) approved by the Commission of the European Communities under Article 43 of the Council Regulation as part of a Rural Development Plan drawn up pursuant to the Council Regulation;”\n(d) in the definition of “eligible person” (person cymwys) make the following changes to the references to articles of the Commission Regulation:\n“Article 31” in place of “Article 10”;\n“Article 48(2)” in place of “Article 20(2)”; and\n“Article 48(3)” in place of “Article 20(3)”.\n(2) Any reference in these Regulations to a numbered regulation is a reference to the regulation in the principal Regulations so numbered.",
