# The Tir Mynydd (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 10: Amendment of the Tir Mynydd (Wales) Regulations 2001


In regulation 8 (Categories that qualify for environmental enhancement), in paragraph (b), after the word “land” there shall be inserted the words “which has completed conversion and is”.
