# The Tir Mynydd (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 9: Amendment of the Tir Mynydd (Wales) Regulations 2001


In regulation 7 (Environmental enhancement under Element 2 of the Scheme)—
(a) in paragraph (2), before the words “10 per cent”, there shall be inserted the words “up to”;
(b) in paragraph (3), before the words “20 per cent”, there shall be inserted the words “up to”.
