  "text": "In regulation 16 (Powers of authorised persons) in paragraph (3) —\n(1) in sub-paragraph (c), delete the word “and”;\n(2) in sub-paragraph (d), for the punctuation mark “.” substitute the punctuation mark and word “; and”; and\n(3) after sub-paragraph (d), insert the following sub-paragraph —\n“(e) carry out any inspection or examination necessary for the purposes of determining whether the Code of Good Farming Practice has been complied with.”.",
