  "text": "On an order or certificate for the apportionment, without a map, of a corn rent annuity a fee calculated in accordance with the following scale:—\nWhere the annuity, or the aggregate of the annuities, apportioned—\nFee\n£ s. d.\nDoes not exceed £5\n2 0 0\nExceeds £5 but does not exceed £10\n3 0 0\nExceeds £10 but does not exceed £25\n3 10 0\nExceeds £25 but does not exceed £50\n4 0 0\nExceeds £50 but does not exceed £75\n4 10 0\nExceeds £75 but does not exceed £100\n5 0 0\nFor each further £50 or part of £50 up to £500\n0 7 6\nFor each further £100 or part of £100 exceeding £500\n0 7 6\nAnd additional fees as follows:—\n(i) where more annuities than one are apportioned and there is more than one annuitant, for each additional annuitant a fee equal to one-third of the fee calculated on the above scale; and\n(ii) a fee of 5s. in respect of each area beyond two on which a separate annuity is apportioned.",
