  "text": "For a certificate of the amount in consideration of which a corn rent annuity or several corn rent annuities together may be redeemed, a fee calculated in accordance with the following scale:—\nWhere the annuity, or the aggregate of the annuities—\nFee\n£ s. d.\nDoes not exceed 10s.\n1 0 0\nExceeds 10s.—for the first 10s.\n1 0 0\nfor each additional 10s. or fractional part of 10s. up to £5\n0 5 0\nfor each £5 or fractional part thereof, above £5\n0 5 0",
