  "text": "TITHES\nLaid before Parliament in draft\nMade 18th February 1981\nComing into Operation 2nd March 1981\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 18th day of February 1981\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 11(3) of the Tithe Act 1951 and a period of forty days beginning with the day of laying has expired:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Tithe Act 1951, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
