  "text": "The powers and provisions of the said recited Acts respecting the redemption of rentcharge (except as otherwise by this Act is provided) shall extend and be applicable to all corn rents, rentcharges, and money payments, payable out of or charged on any lands by virtue of any Act of Parliament in lieu of tithes.",
