# The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2003

## Introductory text

This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.S.I. 2003/453 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.
TITLE CONDITIONS
Made 29th December 2003
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 5th January 2004
Coming into force 30th January 2004
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

## 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on 30th January 2004.

## 2 Amendment

In Part II of the Schedule to the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003, for “The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest and Natural Beauty” substitute “The National Trust for Scotland for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty”.
