# The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2008, Article 2: Additions to the list of prescribed conservation bodies


Part II of the Schedule to the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 (other bodies) is amended by inserting, in the appropriate places according to alphabetical order, the following bodies:–
Dundee Historic Environment Trust;
Inverness City Heritage Trust;
Sir Henry Wade’s Pilmuir Trust.
