# The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2012, Article 2: Amendment of the list of prescribed conservation bodies


(1) Part II of the Schedule to the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 (conservation bodies prescribed under section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003) is amended as follows.
(2) Insert in the appropriate place according to alphabetical order “New Lanark Trust”.
(3) Omit “The Trustees of the New Lanark Conservation Trust”.
