  "text": "Title Conditions\nMade 7th February 2012\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 9th February 2012\nComing into force 30th March 2012\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nThey are satisfied as to the matters mentioned in section 38(5) of that Act.",
