# The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Development Management Scheme) Order 2009, Article 4: Owners' association


(1) The owners' association for the development is established on the date on which the Development Management Scheme applied to that development takes effect under section 71(1) of the Act in respect of that development (or part of that development).
(2) The association is, on being established, a body corporate.
