  "text": "In section 18 (reallotment of real burden by nomination of new dominant tenement)—\n(a) in subsection (1), at the beginning there shall be inserted “ Without prejudice to sections 18A to 18C of this Act, ”;\n(b) in subsection (6), at the beginning there shall be inserted “ Subject to subsection (6A) below, ”;\n(c) after subsection (6) there shall be inserted—\n“(6A) Such compliance as is mentioned in subsection (6) above shall not be effective to preserve any right to enforce a manager burden (“manager burden” being construed in accordance with section 63(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 9)).”; and\n(d) in subsection (7)(b)(i), after the word “right” there shall be inserted “ (other than any sporting rights, as defined by section 65A(9) of this Act) ”.",
