# Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003, Paragraph 2


In section 138 of the Titles to Land Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1868 (use in any deed of short clauses of consent to registration), for the words “forms Nos. 1 and 2” there shall be substituted “form No.1”.
