  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may, for the purpose of minimising the risks to human health and safety posed by relevant products, make regulations—\n(a) requiring producers or importers to have processes in place for collecting information about the effect of their products on human health and safety;\n(b) conferring power on the Secretary of State, in circumstances specified in the regulations, to—\n(i) impose a prohibition or limitation on the supply of a product by a producer or importer;\n(ii) require a producer or importer to recall a product.\n(2) In this section “relevant products” means—\n(a) tobacco products,\n(b) tobacco related devices,\n(c) herbal smoking products,\n(d) cigarette papers,\n(e) filters,\n(f) vaping products, or\n(g) nicotine products.\n(3) Regulations under this section are subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.",
