  "text": "(1) It is an offence for a person aged 18 or over to buy, or attempt to buy, a vaping product or nicotine product on behalf of a person who is under the age of 18.\n(2) It is a defence for a person charged with an offence under this section to prove that they had no reason to suspect that the other person was under the age of 18.\n(3) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale.",
