  "text": "In Schedule 15 to the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (consumer protection enactments), in Part 1—\n(a) in the second part of the Table (secondary legislation) at the appropriate place insert—\n“\nThe Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/507)\n(1) All public designated enforcers, other than—\n(a) the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland;\n(b) the Department of Health in Northern Ireland;\n(c) the Department for Infrastructure in Northern Ireland;\n(d) an enforcement authority within the meaning of section 120(15) of the Communications Act 2003 (regulation of premium rate services);\n(e) the Maritime and Coastguard Agency;\n(f) the Office for the Traffic Commissioner;\n(g) the Secretary of State.\n(2) All private enforcers.\n”;\n(b) in the fifth part of the Table (saved legislation) omit the entry for the Tobacco Products (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale) (Safety) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/3041).",
