  "heading": "No-smoking signs in England",
  "text": "(1) Section 6 of the Health Act 2006 (no-smoking signs) is amended as follows.\n(2) For subsection (1) substitute—\n“(1) A person who occupies or is concerned in the management of smoke-free premises must make sure that no-smoking signs are displayed in or near those premises in accordance with any requirements imposed by regulations made by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this subsection.\n(1A) The regulations may, in particular, impose requirements about—\n(a) the content or appearance of a sign (for example, requirements as to its size, design, colour, or wording);\n(b) how and where signs are to be displayed.”\n(3) After subsection (2) insert—\n“(2A) Regulations under subsection (2) may, in particular, include any provision that may be made by regulations under subsection (1).”\n(4) Omit subsections (3) and (4).",
