  "heading": "Power of Scottish Ministers to make consequential provision",
  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision that is consequential on any of the following—\n(a) Part 2 (sale and distribution);\n(b) sections 148 to 152 and Schedule 18 (smoke-free places, vape-free places and other free-from places: Scotland).\n(2) Regulations under this section may amend, repeal or revoke provision made by or under—\n(a) an Act passed—\n(i) before this Act, or\n(ii) later in the same session of Parliament as this Act, or\n(b) an Act of the Scottish Parliament passed before this Act.\n(3) Regulations under this section that amend or repeal provision made by an Act of the Scottish Parliament, or an Act, are subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.\n(4) Any other regulations under this section are subject to the negative resolution procedure.",
