  "text": "(1) An amendment or repeal made by this Act has the same extent as the provision amended or repealed.\n(2) Subject to that—\n(a) Part 1 extends to England and Wales only;\n(b) Part 2 extends to Scotland only;\n(c) Part 3 extends to Northern Ireland only;\n(d) Parts 4, 5 and 6 and this Part extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
